Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BizSuite products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These Terms govern getbizsuite.com only; the separately-branded developer SDK at mnemopay.com is governed by its own Terms.

2. Services

BizSuite provides AI-powered software and consulting for small businesses, including the AI Audit, AI Systems (done-for-you automation), 20+ AI plugins, and site rebuild services, available at getbizsuite.com.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful code, to interfere with service operation, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with BizSuite are owned by J&B Enterprise LLC. Any open-source components used within our tools are licensed under their respective open-source licenses.

6. Payment Terms

Paid services are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable by default. Where a specific product page (for example, the $997 AI Audit) offers a money-back guarantee, that page's guarantee controls for that purchase. Subscription services renew automatically unless cancelled.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Stripe, and Paystack. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms of service.

8. Limitation of Liability

BizSuite is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to these services is capped at the fees actually paid to J&B Enterprise LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.1 Governing Law and Venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms is the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and both parties submit to that jurisdiction.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
